At Juice, we stand by the quality of our electronics and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your tech experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your device within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Device

  Factory reset your device to remove all personal data and pack it securely in its original packaging including all original accessories and manuals.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days of receipt.
